Observation

Garbage was seen on the ground throughout the outdoor play space. The fence on the far-right side of the play yard was fallen over, resulting in a 2-3 ft. gap. A second section of the fencing had fallen over leaving an approximate 1 ft. gap. Areas of the fencing was completely broken and falling over and in need of replacing.
